As I think about the different cultures across Scotland, Denmark, and The United Arab Emirates, and my own experience with them, I was drawn to a recent research article discussing the development and validation of the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Scale.

Coaching creates the space for you to break down issues into bite-size pieces and discover ways to turn them into non-issues. When you look at an issue from a different perspective through coaching, you can discover the bigger picture that can change how you think or deal with any issue.
